The Monarch Pocket Square Fold

1. Smooth out your pocket square on a flat surface.
2. Just below the halfway point, fold the pocket square. Fold up and then back down to form a pleat.
3. Repeat step 2 to create another pleat. Continue until you reach bottom corner of the pocket square.
4. Fold the top corner down behind the pleats.
5. Then, fold the pocket square in half to make a smaller triangle.
6. Fold down one side at a 45 degree angle.
7. Finally, tuck it carefully into your pocket and neaten up if necessary.

This is a clean and elaborate fold that’s great for any pocket square colour and print. To prevent too much bulk, it’s best to use silk or other lightweight fabrics.
